Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days after delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Email contact@buypukka.com with your order number: we will tell you what to do next and cover the return shipping if the item is defective or not as described.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days of receiving the return. A defective item, or one that does not match its description, is replaced or refunded at no cost, in accordance with the legal warranty of quality.
