Personal Information (Québec Law 25)

Viral BuyPukka only collects the information needed to process your order: name, shipping address, email, phone number and payment details (handled by our payment provider, never stored on our servers).

Privacy Officer: BuyPukka management (owner), reachable at contact@buypukka.com. Any request for access, correction or deletion is answered within 30 days.

Use: fulfilling and tracking your order, customer service, and legal and accounting obligations. You only receive promotional messages if you gave explicit consent (an unchecked box you tick yourself); every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing with third parties: your name, address and phone number are shared with the supplier or carrier that ships your order, including outside Québec and Canada. A privacy impact assessment was carried out for these transfers.

Cookies: only cookies essential to running the store (cart, session, cache) are used; no advertising tracking cookie is set without your consent.

Retention: order data is kept for 7 years (tax obligations), then deleted or anonymized.

Privacy incidents: any incident presenting a risk of serious harm is recorded and reported to the Commission d’accès à l’information and to the people concerned.
