Terms of Sale & Shipping

Prices: prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include shipping within Canada. Applicable taxes (GST/QST or HST) are added at checkout and displayed before you confirm. No fees are added afterwards.

Delivery times: estimated delivery within 7 to 15 business days after payment is confirmed. Each product page shows its own delivery estimate.

Late delivery (Québec Consumer Protection Act, s. 54.9 and following): if your order is not delivered within 30 days of the expected date, you may cancel the contract and receive a full refund.

Customs: some products ship from abroad; any import duties and taxes are included in the price or paid by Viral BuyPukka, never charged on delivery.

Language: in accordance with the Charter of the French Language, all contractual information is also available in French.
